About Last Run and who we are!

We seem to have played together forever, and it feels like we probably will keep on just as long, rocking all we can.. But it's really only three years and counting. Last Run started out as a regular coverband, but during the run, we realized that we like it better playing our own songs, topped with a few favourites we refuse to let go of. As long as it has feeling and som roots in Rock, it's ok in our book!

The Bass Man

Christer is responsible for this rugged band, getting it started, wanting to play guitar with a band again. But bassplayers are hard to come by, so he faced the facts and switched to bass, and though its a struggle he fights his way through every song like a madman and tries to apply more feeling than technical skills into it. Atleast that's his excuse for not slapping a discobass...

The Guitar Man

Peter is the guitarslinger and respnsible for the sounds and sighs in Last Run. With the gift of playing like a God, that is easy. AND... in spite of his young age he is a devoted Beatles-Lover,
wich is one of the few things working in his favour... But he does know how to lay down a chord and solo carpet for new songs, wich we hope You will be able to hear in the near future..

The Drummer

Mattias Rick is by far the most powerfull drummer we'we heard! With drumsticks that weigh like an average car, he beats the crap out of the drumset, and he does it fast!
Splinter fly like North Korean Rockets when we play, and helmets starts to look like a pretty good idea.. Still, he gives us the power and the attitude we want, and also gives a shitload of good thinking about songwriting. So he's also co-writer on many tunes.
